Quality Control activities are carried out by our QEHS department, so to develop a continual improvement framework that closes the loop, translating problems into an action plan and preventing their recurrence, with the following specific objectives:

  • to design a continual improvement framework describing its implementation steps;
  • to develop a Policy Deployment that aligns project objectives to client expectations;
  • to design a dashboard performance metric system (KPI) that lead to root cause analysis and improvement action plans.
